Oklahoma is COLD!
So.... as you know, I was born in California. Sunny California. In fact, I think the day I was born, it was about 95 degrees, and seemed to stay that way forever. It got a little cooler as I got bigger, but we didn't have to wear coats or anything!
THEN, my parents move me all the way across the country to Oklahoma. I like living here most of the time, but it gets really cold and windy! And my mommy makes me put on a coat and hat and mittens all the time! I am not too sure about that... you can't do very much with mittens on.
Here are some pictures of us "enjoying" the cold:
This was the first time it snowed. My mommy got me all dressed up to go outside and play. I was not very excited about that.
Anyway... we took this family picture at the parade. We were all bundled up to watch it.
Sometimes it gets cold in our house too. And if you recall from previous posts, I LOVE hats. One day I found daddy's seminary hat and wanted to wear it. It is very warm! I put it on to keep me toasty while I was coloring a picture.
I concentrate very hard when I am coloring.
Here is a picture of our backyard when it was all snowy!
Unfortunately, I don't get to play in my sandbox very much when it is so cold!

Thanks for the new post. Your friends in California miss you too!! You definitely are in the wrong state. . .it's so much better here in the warm weather. :)
Tell mommy and daddy hello for me and that I'm very excited about the new baby! I'm planning on coming home this summer so I can meet it and see you again.

It gets cold here too. Luckily, I got a cool new snow suit for Christmas. Maybe someday we can play in the snow together!
ps. Thanks for coming to visit a few weeks ago! It was so fun, and Mommy really appreciated it.
