Relatives 2

Now here's a few pictures from daddy's family...

Relatives

On our trip to the Midwest, I got to meet LOTS of aunts, uncles, cousins, great-grandparents, and Grandpa Vern for the first time. I saw people from mommy and daddy's side of the family. They (we) are related to everybody! (I'm starting to wonder if mommy and daddy are cousins...) So anyway, here are a few pictures of me with relatives (on mommy's side) from the trip.

I'm Baaaack!

I know, I know. I haven't posted in a LONG time. But I have a really good reason. I've been on my world tour. This wasn't a male modeling tour; it was more of a "get-to-know-Micah" tour. I met all kinds of people -- other babies my age, mommy and daddy's friends, my great-grandparents (and even a great-great grandmother, Martha Fast), aunts, uncles, and more. We got to see all the grandparents, and even go to a wedding (congrats Carlin and Blake!). We flew to Denver for 3 days, then to Oklahoma City, where we rented a car and drove all over Mennonite country. I'm only 7 weeks old, and I've been to Hillsboro and Fresno. All I need to complete the Mennonite Mecca Trinity is to travel to Winnipeg! Mommy, wanna go to Canadia for vacation?

We got home yesterday after a long day of traveling filled with flight delays and my poop all over mommy. Even though we're tired and glad to be home, it was a good trip. Over the next few days, I'll share with you some pictures and highlights from our trip. For now, I'll leave you with a few recent pictures of me, to show you how much I've grown.

A Weekend of Firsts

So I experienced so many things for the first time this weeekend. I left Fresno for the first time, I went to the mountains for the first time , I met Grammy Kelly and Great-Grandma Wathena for the first time. I had my first picnic...in the first National Park I'd ever been to. I even ate from a bottle for the first time. It has been quite a busy few days.

On Thursday, Grammy Kelly and Great-Grandma Wathena came to visit. It was a good time. Thanks for visiting! On Saturday, we all went up to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks to see the big trees. And, boy were they big! Check this picture out...

We had a great time in the mountains. Here's a few more pics from our trip to the mountains.

Here's another picture from our trip to the mountains. It's a special one. It's 4 generations in one picture...and there's a fifth not pictured. It's me, daddy, grammy, and great-grandma. Great-great grandma Betty is in Fairview, so I might get to see her next week.
